The recipe of this great Bigourdane classic has been passed down through the generations for 72 years without losing a note of its authentic flavours. To be enjoyed plain or with blueberries! You will also find a whole range of 100% homemade pastries, including the famous chocolatine made by Sébastien, who was crowned world champion in pastries in 2019.
