Pure sheep’s milk cheeses Ascent to Artouste 11:30 a.m. – Arrival in Fabrèges. 12:00 p.m. – Welcome at the restaurant Le Panoramic, located at the summit. Lunch with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenean peaks. The Artouste Train 1:45 PM – Meet at the boarding platform. 2:00 PM – Departure aboard the famous Artouste Train, Europe’s highest tourist train. The excursion lasts approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes and includes: A 55-minute one-way trip through spectacular scenery. 1 hour and 45 minutes of free time to explore the site, take a walk, and visit Lake Anouste.
